Using disposable gloves keeps hands clean and protected by creating a barrier between them and objects being handled. This prevents oils and dirt from transferring to objects. After each use, disposable gloves are discarded to prevent cross contamination. Dexterity and touch sensitivity are improved with thinner gloves, while protection is improved with thicker gloves. General purpose gloves can be used for cleaning and inspection. To meet EN 374 standards, chemical-resistant gloves are tested against one or more chemicals in labs and shops. Keep clean rooms by using gloves that kill microbes and reduce particulate shedding. Food processing and food service use FDA-approved gloves. In comparison to disposal gloves, medical gloves are less likely to tear and rip.
