FIRE SUPRESSION
Firequip Hose
The hose must meet all the requirements of NFPA 1961, Standard on Fire Hose
(2007 Edition). The manufacturer of the hose shall be ISO 9001-2008 quality certified.
Jackets: The jackets shall be evenly and firmly woven, free from unsightly defects, dirt,
knots, lumps, irregularities or twist that might affect the serviceability of the finished product. Wear Guard: When specified, is a treatment for maximum abrasion resistance. Lining: The rubber shall be a single ply extrusion of EPDM polymer which naturally resists ozone and oxidation.
Key Fire Hose
Lightweight, double jacket construction, combining 100% premium ring spun and filament polyester fibers over a thin wall, high tensile, EPDM rubber liner. The outer jacket is mildew resistant and available with double dip “Key-Lok” polyurethane based polymer impregnation for abrasion and moisture resistance. A proprietary reverse twill weave construction reduces friction loss while making the hose 25% lighter.
Akron Brass Mercury Quick Attack Monitor
The Mercury Monitors are smaller than any other ground portable fire monitor
so they can be quickly set up
and left unmanned at the
fire scene to free up personnel.
Elkhart Brass ChiefTM nozzles
Fixed-flow ChiefTM nozzles efficiently deliver a constant gallonage from straight stream to full fog. The simple, rugged design makes the ChiefTM easy to use and train with and reliable in tough situations.
FOL-DA-TANK Self-Supporting Frameless Portable Water Tank
The self-supporting frameless portable water tanks have been designed to meet the most stringent requirements of rural/urban fire fighting. Problems with inadequate or unusable supplies of water are eliminated by the use of open top self-supporting portable water tanks.
